Tickets for Triton Festival Still Available!
NYC's Triton Festival has an amazing line-up this year, and I'm proud that A23 is a part of it!  If you haven't heard of it, it's an actual 3-day festival in North America with top notch bands.  This isn't the sort of thing we are treated to very often in the US, so I hope we'll see lots of you out there to support it.  Check out both the offical website, and the Triton Festival Facebook page.

Summer Sale on the Assemblage 23 Online Store
It's August, and that means the end of summer is not far off, so I'm having a sale on the Assemblage 23 Online Store to clear out some space.  From now until the end of August, all 23db Records back catalog CDs (including Assemblage 23 "Early Rare and Unreleased")  are only $5.99.  Bruise t-shirts, US Tour t-shirts, and Aussie women's baby tees are only $10.99.  Looking for a hoodie with fall right around the corner?  Save $10 with hoodies at only $29.99.

A Word About the Vinyl Sessions and Esper Machine Releases
I have sold out of all the copies I had onhand of the limited Assemblage 23 "The Vinyl Sessions".  If you are still looking for a copy, I understand Metropolis has about 40 copies left.  If you've been meaning to pick up the Esper Machine CD, you might not want to drag your feet, as there are only 4 copies left, and after that, it will only be available digitally.

Tom Shear Joins Line-Up of Polaroid Kiss
I am happy to announce that I have been added to the line-up of Polaroid Kiss and will be working with them on their debut album this fall.  Other members include Alex Swift (Massive Attack), Steve Hewitt (formerly of Placebo), Kevin Drake (formerly of 30 Seconds to Mars), and Film Composer and songwriter Noah Warner.

Update on Surveillance
Although I managed to mention it just about everywhere else, I was late in mentioning that the Indiegogo campaign I ran for my upcoming side project Surveillance came to a close at an amazing 600% of my goal.  I went into this as my first experience with crowd-funding and really had no idea what to expect.  The result was so far above what I could've even dreamed, I am still dumb-founded.  Work on the album continues, as does my outreach to some other artists for the digital remix album.  I've hired Samuel Pfannkuche to create the artwork for the album and remix album, as well as for the limited edition "contributors only" t-shirt.  I have begun contacting contributors to fullfill perks I can fullfill now and have already begin on the first remix.  If you haven't heard from me yet, don't panic.  This was a huge campaign, so it's going to be a lot for me to manage, but with the faith you all showed in me and this project, I have no doubt I'll pull it off!  (Oh, and if you didn't download the free Joy Division cover I did back in 1996 that I promised if the campaign ended above $15,000, you can grab it here!)
